Spacious Ocean View Condo in Beachfront Resort 605

Please read before staying at The Alexander Hotel Negative: Resort This is going to be long, but PLEASE READ before spending your money here!! When you come on vacation, you want to do just THAT. You’re spending your hard-earned money somewhere that you WANT to be. That you planned for! We travel. A LOT! Sometimes multiple times a month. This resort is beautiful on the outside. The amenities are great. We arrived on Friday, August 1, 2025. We got in line for our 4PM check in at 3:45. The lady told me I couldn’t check in until 4. The room wasn’t ready, so I came to get back in line at 3:50. I made it to the desk around 3:56. The room wasn’t ready. I made a circle and went to the back of the line. I made it to the desk at 4… and what do you know? The room was finally ready. Off to a bad start. At almost $1500 for a Friday-Monday, you would think checking in 4 mins early would be fine? We had to be up at 2 a.m. that morning to catch our flight. Tired wasn’t even the word. Finally, made it to the room. The volumes on the TVs don’t work. I submitted a maintenance ticket. We all wanted showers so we could get an uber for dinner. No wash cloths. I went down to the front desk. They didn’t have any. I came back up and we showered with our hands. Between 9-10 that night, I went back down there. Still no washcloths. The lady told us to use a bath-sized towel. Cool. Maintenance FINALLY knocked on the door at 11 p.m to fix the TVs. We were all asleep.m (remember we got up at 2am) By the time I heard a faint knock and got up, he was gone. He came back the next morning. We waited. And waited. And waited. An hour and a half later from the time they actually said he would show up- he finally showed. Now we are stuck waiting for him to finish the TV and what we discovered the night before— a broken bed. Instead of being at the pool or the beach. So half of the day is almost gone by the time he finishes. So exciting, right?! Meanwhile, I went back to the front desk 4 more times throughout the next day. Still no washcloths. We were on day 2.

Banyo da havlu asacak askı yoktu . Oda da kasa yoktu , defalarca söyledik , personel ilgilenmedi
